The rules of play for Dauxxed.

These Terms of Service explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we keep Dauxxed fun and fair for everyone. Last updated October 27, 2025.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dauxxed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dauxxed. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of email or phone-based authentication methods. Notify us immediately at support@dauxxed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Music Integrations

Connecting Spotify or Apple Music is optional. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those providers when linking your accounts.

Gameplay & Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Dauxxed a limited license to display it within the Service for gameplay, moderation, and feature development.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Dauxxed to harass others, distribute unauthorized content, run bots, or attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm Dauxxed or other users.

Disclaimers

Dauxxed is provided “as is.” We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dauxxed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post updates with a new “Last Updated” date, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
